Buena Vista

This project involves a renovation and addition to a single-family residence situated on a steep hillside site, at the base of Buena Vista Park in San Francisco. The design incorporates a private entry garden, offering a peaceful transition from the street up to the home above. Existing spaces at the first floor are reconfigured to create a fluid living, dining, and kitchen area. Above, the primary bedroom offers expansive views of downtown San Francisco and the bay, creating a tranquil space that connects to the distant cityscape.
